Pools both inside and outside were very nice. Nearby attractions include Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies (0.2 miles), Tennessee Hemp Care (0.1 miles), and Great Smoky Mountains National Park (0.2 miles). Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies is within 10 minutes' walk. Marvel at 12-foot sharks, sawfish and Sally, the giant green sea turtle! Such a nice surprise. If you arrive early you can check with the office to see if your room is ready, if not you are able to park on property.

Overall, though we didn't spend much time in the room, it was one of the best htels I've stayed in in Gatlinburg (and I've stayed in just about all of them!). I feel guilty just hiding away from the world and truly relaxing. ~Continental Breakfast 
Also liked the 12 oclock check out time, We wish we were on the creekside, we did enjoy the hot tub in room and being close to the pools, we will be back, We loved the location and sitting out on the balcony listening to the river. The staff was friendly and helpful (Terry even filled me in some local history and gave me the heads up on a few trails) and where I was situated (2nd floor in the back) it was quiet even in the midst of tourist-jammed Gatlinburg.
